As your recovery progresses, additional therapies such as Upper Back Dry Cupping, Holistic Facial Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Thermal Stone Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Specialised Bojin Head Therapy and Head Relief Therapy are thoughtfully introduced at the appropriate stage of your programme based on your body's recovery needs.

Q. How early should I arrive?
A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.
Q. What if I arrive late?
A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.
Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
A. Please let us know as early as possible.
We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.
Q. Will every session be the same?
A. No. While your core postnatal treatments remain consistent, additional therapies may be introduced at different stages of your recovery based on your therapist's assessment.
Q. Will my therapist use the same treatment pressure throughout the package?
A. Not necessarily. Your therapist may adjust the massage pressure and treatment focus according to your comfort level and recovery progress at each visit.
Q. Can I bring my baby to my appointment?
A. Yes. You're welcome to bring your baby if needed. However, for the most relaxing experience, we recommend arranging for someone to accompany you if possible, so you can fully enjoy your treatment.
Q. What if I'm running late?
A. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on our appointment schedule, your treatment may need to be shortened so that subsequent bookings are not affected.

A. Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to discuss your preferences, areas of concern and any relevant health information. This helps us tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
