A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.
Q. Is LED Light Therapy included?
A. Yes. LED Light Therapy is included as part of the In-House Vitamin C Renewal Facial.
Q. Is LED Light Therapy painful?
A. Not at all. It is a gentle, relaxing and non-invasive part of the treatment.
Q. Can I add extra Scalp Relaxation?
A. Yes. Additional Scalp Relaxation time may be added for an extra charge, subject to therapist availability.
Q. Can this facial be combined with other treatments?
A. Yes. If you're interested in combining treatments, feel free to contact us before booking so we can recommend suitable options.
Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
A. Please let us know as early as possible.
