The Bridal Glow is our signature pre-wedding wellness retreat, thoughtfully designed to leave you feeling refreshed, radiant and beautifully cared for before your special day. Your experience begins with a Full Body Exfoliation Ritual to gently buff away dull skin, followed by a Nourishing Body Wrap Mask enhanced with our comforting Infrared Warm Blanket to leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and deeply nourished.

A relaxing Full Body Massage helps melt away pre-wedding tension, while our Vitamin C & Collagen Glow Facial combines Facial Massage and LED Light Therapy to promote a brighter, healthier-looking complexion.

For brides who would like an even smoother finish, Complimentary Derma-planing is available as an optional addition. Complete your retreat with a soothing Hand Massage & Mask, Foot Massage & Mask and either our signature Head Spa (In-House) or Scalp Cleansing (House Call).

As a special touch, every Bridal Glow retreat includes a Complimentary Aykiz Bridal Keepsake, thoughtfully prepared to celebrate this meaningful milestone.

Q. How early should I arrive?

A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.

Q. What if I arrive late?

A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.

Q. Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

A. Simply arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy your retreat without rushing.

Q. Will my hair be dried after the Head Spa?

A. Yes. Your hair will be gently dried after the Head Spa so you can leave your appointment feeling comfortable.

Q. Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?

A. No. Your retreat already includes a Hair Wash & Blow Dry, so there's no need to wash your hair beforehand unless you prefer to.

Q. Do I need to shower after the Full Body Exfoliation Ritual?

A. No. After your Full Body Exfoliation Ritual, your therapist will gently remove the exfoliating products using warm towels, so there's no need to shower during your appointment.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. Please let us know as early as possible.

We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.

Q. Do you charge any additional travel fees for house call services?

A. House call services within our standard service areas are included in the treatment price. An additional travel fee applies for appointments in Sentosa and Keppel Bay. If you're unsure whether your location falls within our service area, feel free to contact us before booking.

Q. What should I prepare at home?

A. Please ensure there is enough space for the treatment setup. As you may perspire during the session, we recommend preparing a fresh change of comfortable clothing if you'd like to change afterwards.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. Please let us know as early as possible.

We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.

Q. Can I book a house call at a hotel or serviced apartment?

A. Yes, subject to the hotel's policies and sufficient space for the treatment setup. Please provide the hotel name, room number and any access requirements before your appointment.

Q. Will a massage bed be provided?

A. Yes. A portable massage bed will be provided for your House Call to ensure you enjoy the full retreat comfortably.

Q. What should I prepare before my appointment?

A. Please prepare a suitable space for the massage bed and ensure your shower is accessible for the Scalp Cleansing portion of your retreat. We'll bring all necessary treatment equipment, towels and products.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Q. What happens if my therapist is delayed?

A. In the unlikely event of any unexpected delay due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the revised arrival time.

Q. Can I use my own shampoo or hair products?

A. If you have specific products recommended by your doctor or products you prefer to use during pregnancy, you're welcome to let your therapist know in advance. Otherwise, we'll provide the products used for the Scalp Cleansing.

Q. Will I need to rinse my hair after the Scalp Cleansing?

A. Yes. After the Scalp Cleansing, you'll be invited to rinse your hair using your own shower facilities. Once you've finished, we'll gently dry your hair before completing your retreat. Please note that your hair rinse and hair drying are included within the total 180-minute treatment duration.

Q. Will I need to shower after the Full Body Exfoliation Ritual?

A. Yes. After the Full Body Exfoliation Ritual, you'll be invited to shower using your own bathroom to rinse away the exfoliating products before continuing with the remainder of your retreat. Please note that your shower time is included within the total 210-minute treatment duration.

Q. What if I don't have enough space at home?

A. A quiet area large enough to accommodate a portable massage bed is usually sufficient. If you're unsure whether your space is suitable, feel free to contact us before your appointment and we'll be happy to advise.

Q. When should I book the Bridal Glow retreat before my wedding?

A. We recommend booking your Bridal Glow retreat 3–7 days before your wedding or special event so your skin feels refreshed and radiant while allowing enough time for your complexion to settle.

Q. What is included in the Vitamin C & Collagen Glow Facial?

A. This facial includes Double Cleansing, Gentle Exfoliation, Vitamin C and Collagen skincare, Facial Massage, LED Light Therapy, a nourishing facial mask and hydration care to promote a brighter, healthier-looking complexion.

Q. Is the Complimentary Dermaplaning compulsory?

A. No. Dermaplaning is entirely optional. If you prefer not to have it, simply let your therapist know before your treatment begins.

Q. If I choose not to have the Complimentary Dermaplaning, can I replace it with another treatment?

A. The Complimentary Dermaplaning is optional and cannot be exchanged for another treatment or additional treatment time.

If you choose to skip Dermaplaning, your therapist will simply continue with the remaining facial steps at a comfortable pace, allowing you to fully enjoy the relaxing facial experience.

A. As a special thank-you for choosing our Bridal Glow retreat, you'll receive a thoughtfully prepared Aykiz Bridal Keepsake to celebrate this meaningful milestone and remember your wellness experience.

Q. Is this retreat only for brides?

A. Not at all. While it is thoughtfully designed for brides, anyone preparing for a special occasion or simply wanting a luxurious glow experience is welcome to enjoy the Bridal Glow retreat.
