E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed toward eligible Aykiz Spa treatments and services. Any remaining balance may be used toward a future appointment within the validity period.

E-Gift Cards and any unused balance are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the treatment value exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by the recipient.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. Appointment bookings remain subject to availability and Aykiz Spa's applicable booking and cancellation policies.
