Q. How early should I arrive?
A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.
Q. What if I arrive late?
A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.
Q. Is there anything I should do after my treatment?
A. We recommend staying well hydrated after your massage and taking it easy for the rest of the day where possible. Your therapist may also provide personalised aftercare advice based on your treatment.
Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
A. Please let us know as early as possible.
We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.

Q. Which treatment is more popular?
A. Many first-time clients begin with the 60-minute treatment, while those looking for a more relaxing experience often choose the 90-minute option.
Q. Can I add extra Scalp Relaxation?
A. Yes. Additional scalp therapy may be added for an extra charge, subject to availability. Please let us know when booking. Alternatively, you may opt for 90 minutes which include the scalp relaxation.
Q. Will my skin look brighter immediately?
A. Many clients notice smoother, softer and more radiant-looking skin immediately after their treatment. Individual results may vary.
Q. Is this suitable before a special occasion?
A. Yes. Many clients book dermaplaning a few days before weddings, photoshoots or special events to help create a smoother makeup application.
