DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A deposit is required to secure your house call appointment.

Your appointment is not confirmed until availability has been verified and the required booking steps have been completed.

HOUSE CALL PREPARATION

  • Please ensure there is sufficient space for your treatment and that the area is ready before your appointment.

  • Certain facial treatments may need to be adjusted or postponed depending on active skin conditions, irritation or recent facial procedures.

  • For selected facial treatments, the treatment will be performed on your bed or mattress. Please prepare a clean and comfortable treatment area before our arrival.

  • Any service-specific preparation requirements will be stated on the relevant treatment page.

  • For rescheduling or cancellation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposit,
