Beginning with a relaxing Back & Shoulder Massage to release built-up tension, the treatment continues with Double Cleansing, Exfoliation and a soothing Facial Massage to refresh and revitalise the skin. Manual and machine-assisted Lymphatic Drainage help encourage healthy circulation and reduce puffiness, while our Machine Facial Treatment enhances product absorption and supports a firmer-looking complexion.

To complete the experience, you'll enjoy a Cooling Facial Mask, Tightening & Firming Facial Mask, Tummy Relaxation Massage, Hand Massage, Leg Circulation Therapy and calming Scalp Relaxation leaving both your skin and body feeling restored, balanced and deeply refreshed. During the Back & Shoulder Massage, gentle scraping therapy is performed to help encourage healthy circulation and support lymphatic flow. Temporary redness may appear in the treated area, which is a normal response and typically fades over time.

A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.

A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.

Q. Is there anything I should do after my treatment?

A. We recommend staying well hydrated after your massage and taking it easy for the rest of the day where possible. Your therapist may also provide personalised aftercare advice based on your treatment.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. Please let us know as early as possible.

Q. Is the full 120-minute treatment completed in one session?

A. Yes. All treatment steps are completed during a single appointment, allowing you to enjoy the full Aykiz Ritual Facial experience from beginning to end.

Q. Can I add extra Scalp Relaxation time?

A. Yes. Additional scalp therapy may be added for an extra charge, subject to therapist availability. Please let us know when making your booking.

Q. Is this suitable as a special occasion facial?

A. Yes. Many clients choose The Aykiz Ritual Facial before weddings, celebrations or important events when they want both glowing skin and complete relaxation.

Q. Do you charge any additional travel fees for house call services?

A. House call services within our standard service areas are included in the treatment price. An additional travel fee applies for appointments in Sentosa and Keppel Bay. If you're unsure whether your location falls within our service area, feel free to contact us before booking.

Q. What should I prepare at home?

A. Please ensure there is enough space for the treatment setup. As you may perspire during the session, we recommend preparing a fresh change of comfortable clothing if you'd like to change afterwards.

A. In the unlikely event of any unexpected delay due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the revised arrival time.

Q. Is the House Call treatment the same as the In-House treatment?

A. Almost. The House Call treatment includes the complete facial experience, including the Back & Shoulder Massage, gentle scraping therapy, Facial Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cooling & Firming Facial Masks, Tummy Relaxation Massage, Hand Massage, Leg Circulation Therapy and Scalp Relaxation.

The only difference is that machine-assisted lymphatic drainage and the machine facial treatment are not available during House Call appointments.

Q. Will a massage bed be provided?

A. Yes. As this treatment includes a Back & Shoulder Massage, a portable massage bed will be brought to your House Call appointment to ensure proper comfort and treatment positioning.

Q. Do I need to provide anything for the treatment?

A. No. We will bring everything required for your facial treatment. We simply ask that you prepare a comfortable treatment space and ensure there is access to a nearby power socket if needed.

Q. Can this facial be performed comfortably at home?

A. Yes. We bring the necessary facial products and equipment required for the treatment. Simply prepare a comfortable space for your appointment.

Q. Does this facial include Bojin Face Therapy?

A. No. Bojin Face Therapy is exclusive to our Holistic Restore Facial. The Aykiz Ritual Facial instead features manual and machine-assisted lymphatic drainage techniques.

Q. Why might my back become red after the treatment?

A. During the Back & Shoulder Massage, gentle scraping therapy is performed to encourage healthy circulation and support lymphatic flow. It is completely normal for temporary redness to appear in the treated area. The intensity varies from person to person and usually fades naturally over time.

Q. Is this treatment suitable if I simply want to relax?

Q. How often should I receive this facial?

A. Many clients enjoy this treatment every 4 to 6 weeks as part of their regular self-care routine, though the ideal frequency depends on your personal goals and lifestyle.

Q. Does the redness mean my skin is injured?

A. No. The temporary redness is a normal response to the treatment and is expected by many clients. It should gradually fade over time. If you have any concerns or sensitive skin, please let your therapist know before your session.
