Q. How early should I arrive?
A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.
Q. What if I arrive late?
A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.
Q. Is there anything I should do after my treatment?
A. We recommend staying well hydrated after your massage and taking it easy for the rest of the day where possible. Your therapist may also provide personalised aftercare advice based on your treatment.
Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
A. Please let us know as early as possible.
We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.
Q. What should I expect during my first visit?
A. Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to discuss your preferences, areas of concern and any relevant health information. This helps us tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
Q. Can I shower after the body scrub?
A. As shower facilities are not available for this treatment, your therapist will gently wipe away any remaining scrub before the massage begins. Don't worry the exfoliating scrub is designed to be easy to remove and should not leave you feeling overly gritty. Your therapist will gently remove any remaining scrub before continuing with your massage, ensuring you're comfortable throughout the treatment.
Q. Is there any aftercare I should follow?
A. We recommend keeping your skin well hydrated after your treatment by applying moisturiser regularly and drinking plenty of water.
