Q. How early should I arrive?

A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.

Q. What if I arrive late?

A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. Please let us know as early as possible.

We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.

Q. Will each session be the same?

A. While the core treatments remain consistent, your therapist may adjust the massage pressure and treatment focus according to your recovery progress.

A. Not necessarily. Your therapist may adjust the massage pressure and treatment focus according to your comfort level and recovery progress at each visit.

Q. Can I bring my baby to my appointment?

A. Yes. You're welcome to bring your baby if needed. However, for the most relaxing experience, we recommend arranging for someone to accompany you if possible, so you can fully enjoy your treatment.

Q. What if I'm running late?

A. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on our appointment schedule, your treatment may need to be shortened so that subsequent bookings are not affected.

Q. What should I expect during my first visit?

A. Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to discuss your preferences, areas of concern and any relevant health information. This helps us tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

Q. Do you charge any additional travel fees for house call services?

A. House call services within our standard service areas are included in the treatment price. An additional travel fee applies for appointments in Sentosa and Keppel Bay. If you're unsure whether your location falls within our service area, feel free to contact us before booking.

Q. What should I prepare at home?

A. Please ensure there is enough space for the treatment setup. As you may perspire during the session, we recommend preparing a fresh change of comfortable clothing if you'd like to change afterwards.

Q. Can I book a house call at a hotel or serviced apartment?

A. Yes, subject to the hotel's policies and sufficient space for the treatment setup. Please provide the hotel name, room number and any access requirements before your appointment.

Q. Will my treatment schedule be customised?

A. Yes. Your appointments will be planned around your Estimated Due Date (EDD), delivery method and recovery progress to provide the most suitable recovery programme.

Q. What happens if my therapist is delayed?

A. In the unlikely event of any unexpected delay due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the revised arrival time.

Q. Will a massage bed be provided?

A. For 90-minute House Call sessions, you may choose between our portable massage bed or your own bed/mattress, depending on your comfort and available space. Please let us know your preference when booking.

Q. Does someone need to be home during my treatment?

A. Yes. For safety and comfort, we recommend having another adult present at home, especially if you'll need assistance with your baby during the session.

Q. Can I pause my treatment if my baby needs feeding or attention?

A. Of course. We understand that newborns have unpredictable needs. Short pauses for feeding, changing or comforting your baby are absolutely fine and will be accommodated where reasonably possible.

Q. Will the therapist help care for my baby during my massage?

A. Our primary focus is providing your postnatal treatment. While we're happy to allow short pauses if your baby needs you, we recommend having another adult available to care for your baby so you can fully relax and enjoy your recovery session.

Q. When can I begin my postnatal massage?

A. We generally recommend beginning your recovery:

Normal Delivery: 5–7 days after birth.
Caesarean Delivery: 4–6 weeks after delivery, with your doctor's clearance.

Q. Why isn't tummy binding included during the final session?

A. Your final treatment is designed as a relaxing closing ritual featuring a Full Body Scrub and Herbal Bath. Tummy binding is omitted to allow you to fully enjoy the final experience.

Q. Can I transfer my Recovery Reward to someone else?

A. No. Recovery Rewards are exclusively for the package holder and are non-transferable.

Q. Is Dry Cupping included in every session?

A. No. Dry Cupping is introduced at the appropriate stage of your recovery, once your body has had time to heal. Your therapist will determine the most suitable timing based on your recovery progress and overall condition.

Q. What happens during the final session?

A. Your final treatment includes your usual massage followed by a Full Body Scrub and Herbal Bath, creating a soothing conclusion to your recovery programme.

Q. Why isn't Dry Cupping performed immediately after delivery?

A. During the early postpartum period, your body requires gentle care and time to recover. Dry Cupping is typically introduced later in your recovery journey to provide the greatest benefit while ensuring your comfort and wellbeing.

Q. Can I upgrade my package later?

A. Yes. If you wish to continue your recovery journey, you're welcome to upgrade to a larger package at any time.

Q. Is the Holistic Facial Massage performed during every treatment?

A. Yes. A relaxing Holistic Facial Massage is included in every treatment session to encourage relaxation and help relieve facial and jaw tension.

Q. How long do I have to redeem my Recovery Rewards?

A. Recovery Rewards must be redeemed within your package validity period.

House Call Packages: Rewards must be used within 3 months from your first treatment session.
In-House Packages: Rewards must be used within 6 months from your first treatment session.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q. What happens if I deliver earlier or later than my Estimated Due Date (EDD)?

A. No worries. Simply let us know once you've delivered, and we'll adjust your treatment schedule accordingly based on your recovery and availability.

Q. Is Atome instalment available for postnatal packages?

A. Yes. Atome instalment payments are available for selected postnatal packages.

All House Call packages are valid for 3 months from the date of your first treatment session.
All In-House packages are valid for 6 months from the date of your first treatment session.

Booking Deposit
A $100 booking deposit (deductible from your package total) is required to reserve your estimated due date (EDD).

Payment Schdule

50% payment is due 1 month before your EDD to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is payable before your 1st treatment session.
