he Restore Journey is a carefully curated wellness experience that combines body, scalp and facial therapies into one deeply restorative retreat. Your experience begins with a relaxing Full Body Massage to release muscle tension, followed by an Upper Back Dry Cupping treatment to encourage healthy circulation and help ease tightness across the shoulders and upper back. A rejuvenating Back Facial helps refresh an often-neglected area of the body, while the Holistic Facial Massage promotes facial relaxation and a natural glow.

The retreat is completed with either our signature Head Spa (In-House) or a soothing Scalp Cleansing experience (House Call), together with the comforting warmth of our Infrared Warm Blanket to help you fully unwind.

Whether your body feels tired from work, stress or daily life, the Restore Journey is designed to help you slow down and feel restored from head to toe.

Q. How early should I arrive?

A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.

Q. What if I arrive late?

A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.

Q. Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

A. Simply arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy your retreat without rushing.

Q. Will my hair be dried after the Head Spa?

A. Yes. Your hair will be gently dried after the Head Spa so you can leave your appointment feeling comfortable.

Q. Can the massage pressure be adjusted?

A. Yes. Your therapist will adjust the pressure according to your comfort and preference throughout the massage.

Q. What should I expect during my first visit?

A. Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to discuss your preferences, areas of concern and any relevant health information. This helps us tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. Please let us know as early as possible.

We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.

Q. Do you charge any additional travel fees for house call services?

A. House call services within our standard service areas are included in the treatment price. An additional travel fee applies for appointments in Sentosa and Keppel Bay. If you're unsure whether your location falls within our service area, feel free to contact us before booking.

Q. What should I prepare at home?

A. Please ensure there is enough space for the treatment setup. As you may perspire during the session, we recommend preparing a fresh change of comfortable clothing if you'd like to change afterwards.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. Please let us know as early as possible.

We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.

Q. Can I book a house call at a hotel or serviced apartment?

A. Yes, subject to the hotel's policies and sufficient space for the treatment setup. Please provide the hotel name, room number and any access requirements before your appointment.

Q. Will a massage bed be provided?

A. Yes. A portable massage bed will be provided for your House Call to ensure you enjoy the full retreat comfortably.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. In the unlikely event of any unexpected delay due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the revised arrival time.

Q. Why is the Head Spa not available for House Call?

A. Our signature Head Spa requires specialised equipment that is only available during In-House appointments. For House Call sessions, it is replaced with a relaxing Scalp Cleansing treatment to provide a comfortable and practical experience in your home.

Q. Will I need to rinse my hair after the Scalp Cleansing?

A. Yes. After the Scalp Cleansing, you'll be invited to rinse your hair using your own shower facilities. Once you've finished, we'll gently dry your hair before completing your retreat. Please note that your hair rinse and hair drying are included within the total 180-minute treatment duration.

Q. What should I prepare before my appointment?

A. Please prepare a suitable space for the massage bed and ensure your shower is accessible for the Scalp Cleansing portion of your retreat. We'll bring all necessary treatment equipment, towels and products.

Q. What makes the Restore Journey different from the Classic Escape?

A. The Restore Journey includes additional restorative therapies such as a Back Facial, Upper Back Dry Cupping and a scalp treatment, making it ideal for those seeking a more comprehensive wellness experience.

Q. Will the dry cupping leave marks?

A. Yes. Upper Back Dry Cupping may leave temporary circular marks or redness on the skin. This is a normal response and usually fades naturally within a few days.

Q. Is the Back Facial suitable for all skin types?

A. The Back Facial is suitable for most skin types. If you have active skin infections, open wounds or other skin concerns, please let us know before your appointment so we can advise accordingly.

Q. Is the Infrared Warm Blanket suitable for everyone?

A. The Infrared Warm Blanket provides gentle warmth to enhance comfort and relaxation. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or are sensitive to heat, please inform your therapist before your treatment begins.

Q. Can I shower after my retreat?

A. For the best experience, we recommend waiting at least 1 hour before showering to allow the massage oils to absorb into the skin and maximise the benefits of your treatment.

Q. Why is this retreat 180 minutes?

A. The Restore Journey is carefully designed to allow sufficient time for each treatment without feeling rushed. Every therapy is performed at a comfortable pace so you can fully relax and enjoy a complete head-to-toe wellness experience.
