The Holistic Restore Facial is a more in-depth facial experience designed to support both skin revitalisation and complete relaxation.

Beginning with double cleansing, exfoliation and blackhead removal, the treatment helps clear away impurities and refresh the complexion. Facial Massage and Bojin Face Therapy are then performed to encourage circulation, ease facial tension and leave the skin looking naturally lifted and revitalised.

The experience also includes Shoulder Massage, Leg Circulation Therapy, a Tightening and Firming Facial Mask and calming Scalp Relaxation—making it ideal for clients who want more than a standard facial.

Q. How early should I arrive?

A. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and a short consultation before your treatment begins.

Q. What if I arrive late?

A. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (a 6% processing surcharge applies), and Atome (available for package purchases only). If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Atome, kindly inform us before your appointment.

Q. Is there anything I should do after my treatment?

A. We recommend staying well hydrated after your massage and taking it easy for the rest of the day where possible. Your therapist may also provide personalised aftercare advice based on your treatment.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. Please let us know as early as possible.

We will do our best to arrange another suitable time for you, subject to availability and our booking policy.

A. You may arrive with or without makeup. Your treatment includes double cleansing to prepare your skin before the facial begins.

Q. Is everything provided for the facial?

A. Yes. All facial products, towels and treatment equipment required for your session will be prepared for you.

Q. Can the pressure of the Bojin and Shoulder Massage be adjusted?

A. Yes. Please let your therapist know if you prefer gentler or firmer pressure. Your comfort will be checked throughout the treatment.

Q. Can I request extra time for the Scalp Relaxation?

A. Yes. Additional scalp therapy time may be added for an extra charge, subject to availability. Please request this during booking so enough time can be reserved.

Q. Do you charge any additional travel fees for house call services?

A. House call services within our standard service areas are included in the treatment price. An additional travel fee applies for appointments in Sentosa and Keppel Bay. If you're unsure whether your location falls within our service area, feel free to contact us before booking.

Q. What should I prepare at home?

A. Please ensure there is enough space for the treatment setup. As you may perspire during the session, we recommend preparing a fresh change of comfortable clothing if you'd like to change afterwards.

A. No. We will bring everything required for your facial treatment. We simply ask that you prepare a comfortable treatment space and ensure there is access to a nearby power socket if needed.

A. In the unlikely event of any unexpected delay due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the revised arrival time.

Q. Will a massage bed be provided for the House Call facial?

A. No. Our House Call Facial Treatments are performed comfortably on your own bed, sofa or a suitable reclined chair. As facial treatments focus on the face, neck and shoulders, this allows you to relax comfortably while enjoying the full experience in your own home.

Q. What should I prepare for my House Call facial?

A. Please prepare a clean and comfortable bed, sofa or reclined chair in a quiet area where you can fully relax. We will bring all the facial products, towels and treatment essentials needed for your appointment.

Q. Can I lie on my bed instead of a massage bed?

A. Yes. Your own bed often provides excellent comfort for facial treatments. We'll help you get into a comfortable position before the treatment begins to ensure you can fully relax throughout the session.

Q. Is the complete Holistic Restore Facial available as a House Call?

A. Yes. You'll receive the full Holistic Restore Facial experience, including Double Cleansing, Exfoliation, Blackhead Removal, Facial Massage, Bojin Face Therapy, Shoulder Massage, Leg Circulation Therapy, Tightening & Firming Facial Mask and Scalp Relaxation.

Q. Can this facial be performed comfortably at home?

A. Yes. We bring the necessary facial products and equipment required for the treatment. Simply prepare a comfortable space for your appointment.

Q. What makes this different from the Essential Facial?

A. The Holistic Restore Facial is a longer and more comprehensive treatment. It includes blackhead removal, Bojin Face Therapy, Shoulder Massage, Leg Circulation Therapy and a Tightening and Firming Facial Mask, which are not included in the Essential Facial.

Q. What is Bojin Face Therapy?

A. Bojin Face Therapy uses specialised facial techniques to help release tension, encourage circulation and support a refreshed, naturally lifted appearance.

Q. Does this treatment include blackhead removal?

A. Yes. Gentle blackhead removal is included where suitable. The extent of removal will depend on your skin condition and comfort level on the day of treatment.

Q. What is Leg Circulation Therapy?

A. Leg Circulation Therapy uses gentle techniques to promote relaxation and ease feelings of tiredness or heaviness in the legs while your facial treatment is being completed.

Q. Will blackhead removal be painful?

A. You may feel mild pressure or temporary sensitivity during removal, but the treatment will always be adjusted according to your comfort.

Q. Is this facial suitable for sensitive skin?

A. It may be suitable depending on your skin condition. Please inform us of any sensitivities, allergies or recent skin treatments before your appointment so the treatment can be adjusted where appropriate.

Q. How often should I receive this facial?

A. For ongoing skin maintenance and relaxation, this facial may be enjoyed approximately once every four to six weeks, depending on your skin needs and personal preference.

Q. Can I wear makeup after the treatment?

A. For the best experience, we recommend allowing your skin to rest and avoiding heavy makeup for the remainder of the day.
