HOUSE CALL PREPARATION

Please ensure there is sufficient space for your treatment and that the area is ready before your appointment.
Head & scalp treatments may need to be adjusted or postponed if there is active irritation, open wounds or certain scalp conditions.
Shampoo and scalp cleansing will be performed as part of your treatment. During the session, you will be required to rinse your own hair when instructed. Please prepare a comfortable treatment area near an accessible power point for blow-drying.
Any service-specific preparation requirements will be stated on the relevant treatment page.
For rescheduling or cancellation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposit,
