BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Please inform us of any scalp conditions, irritation, sensitivity, open wounds, recent scalp procedures/treatments, hair extensions, or anything else we should be aware of before your appointment.

Please let us know if you have hair extensions, braids, protective styles or anything that may affect access to the scalp.

Important Notice:-

  • Please ensure you wait until you reach the next page after clicking "SEND" on the booking form.

  • A $10 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment details and next steps will be provided after submission.

  • If you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, please inform us before your session. Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Aykiz Spa will not be responsible for any complications arising from undeclared pregnancy.

  • Head & scalp treatments may need to be adjusted or postponed if there is active scalp irritation, open wounds or certain scalp conditions. Please provide accurate information before your appointment.
